                  Non-party costs orders: in circumstances where a credit hire company had a strong financial stake in the litigation, and had controlled it, the judge below had not erred in making a non-party costs order against the credit hire company. Although the defendant had not provided notice of its intention to apply for an NPCO, the credit hire company would or should have been aware of the risk of such an order.
