Trial costs: where two claimants in proceedings relating to a variety of intellectual property rights had joined forces to bring their claims in a single set of proceedings, that did not change the fact that, in the circumstances of the case, they each had their own separate interests in their claims. The judge below had not erred in having apportioned costs, taking into account each claimant's success or failure in their claims.
